Miles is the Managing Director of MannBenham and was admitted to the Manx Bar on the 25th September 1996 and is an English Solicitor (non-practising), Notary Public and a Commissioner for Oaths. He has been appointed as a Court appointed liquidator by the Isle of Man High Court and is the co-author of the Isle of Man chapter of ‘The International Insolvency Review’. Miles has been fundamental in the evolution of the Gaming industry on the Isle of Man for over 20 years. He is also on the board of the Isle of Man Chamber of Commerce, is a member of the British Blockchain Association and was one of the founders and the legal adviser to the Manx Digital Currency Association. Miles is personally recommended by the Legal 500.
Bill Mummery has enjoyed an international career in both Africa and the Far East before completing a management buyout from Granada Group in 1991 which brought him to the Isle of Man. Part of the e-gaming industry since 1998, Bill helped establish and float one of the 'first to market' entrants on AIM in 2000. As e-Gaming Ambassador for the Isle of Man Government from late 2004-2007, he aided with the development of the Island as one of the premier global jurisdictions in the industry. Joining SBOBET in 2008, he established their European operation, Celton Manx Limited, on the Isle of Man. Bill is a Director of Celton Manx Limited and Celton Manx Marketing Limited. He is also a Director of the Manx Utilities Authority, having been appointed by Government in 2011. The IOM Government appointed him Chairman of their National Broadcast Operations in 2016. He also serves on the Government’s Public Service Commission. In his spare time, he chairs a charity dealing with homelessness and is also a Director of the Isle of Man Chamber of Commerce.

Brett has an extensive track record of financial and corporate leadership having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1983 and worked in practice before moving to the Isle of Man Steam Packet Company in 1985, where in 1990 he was appointed Company Secretary and in 1993 Group Finance Director. Subsequent to leaving Steam Packet in 1996, Brett joined Cammell Laird Group and spent three years there as Finance Director and Deputy Chief Executive. In 1999 he returned to the Island to pursue a range of local and overseas business interests. In 2009 he joined Sefton Group plc as Finance Director, subsequently becoming Chief Executive in 2010.

David is the Managing Director of Swagelok Limited, a $40M turnover manufacturing and engineering company based in the Isle of Man with 240 employees. Swagelok Ltd is owned by Swagelok Company, a $2Bn company based in Solon, Ohio. Prior to joining Swagelok, David held a number of leadership roles in a diverse range of manufacturing and engineering businesses. These include several years with Mars Incorporated (in the UK) and with Ricardo Aerospace and Rolls Royce Aero Engines (in the UK and Germany). David is a Chartered Engineer, Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society and holds an Institute of Directors Diploma in Company Direction. He is Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce STEM Committee, Deputy Chair of the Isle of Man Aerospace Cluster and represents the Engineering sector on the Department for Enterprise Business Agency board. David is also a Director of Junior Achievement (Isle of Man).

Chair of Chamber’s Digital Committee, Deb Byron, is Director of IT for Hansard Global plc, an international business which has been providing innovative financial products and services for international clients since 1987. Deb is a non-executive board member of the Digital Isle of Man Executive Agency, working with Government, private industry and key associations to create the right environment for the Island’s Digital sector to flourish. An IOM Institute of Directors Committee member, Deb is an IOD-certified Director, with over 35 years of experience. Deb is a Fellow of the British Computer Society and a founder member of LoveTech, which has been created to inspire and empower girls to explore opportunities in STEM on the Island. Deb is also a member of the IOM Hospice Technology Committee.
