Dress in Yellow Day – Friday 11th February

Douglas Town Centre team getting involved

Victim Support IOM’s 4th annual event Dress in Yellow Day is on Friday 11th February, we’re inviting businesses and the community to wear something yellow to raise awareness of Sexual Abuse & Sexual Violence to show that #itsnotok. You could wear anything from yellow socks to a yellow onesie or even holding a yellow themed bake sale!

Dress in Yellow Day falls within Sexual Abuse & Sexual Violence Awareness Week (7th – 13th February). Between August 2020 and September 2021, Victim Support had 60 referrals of Sexual Abuse or Sexual Violence, more than one case a week showing the importance of coming together to show that #itsnotok.

Amazing effort by Tynwald Mills.

If you would like to register your workplace to take part, email or call 679950, be sure to post all your colourful pictures on social media, tagging VictimSupportIOM and using the hashtag #itsnotok.
