2023 Sponsorship Opportunities - we have been inundated by members asking us about forthcoming sponsorship opportunities, it seems many of you are considering 2023 spend and how it is best utilised. We have a wide array of "brand building" sponsorship opportunities to share with you and will be sending out our 2023 sponsorship opportunities packs in due course. 

Regular meeting with DfE/Treasury - our CEO, President and Vice-President caught up with the DfE & Treasury Ministers to discuss ongoing issues effecting our members and the economy, in particular around the costs of energy and freight.   We also asked for an update on the review of the agencies.  

First SME Workshop with Kirsty Lawrence - Kirsty's session was an immense success and delivered to a full house here at the Lab. The session covered bang up to date Social Media topics including the importance of conversion focussed copy, the current Digital landscape, paid versus organic content and why you need to consider both in 2022/23. Our Q4 Quarterly Economic Survey is now open for responses. You will have no doubt caught sight of the email sent this week but just to remind you these surveys feed into national & local research which is shared with IoM & UK Government, and taking part in the QES will ensure that our members are contributing to vital research and data which will be used to influence both national and local policy decisions Click here to complete the survey. Deadline for completion is Thursday 1st December.

Legislation update - our Legislation Lead, Helen Helfrich has created a post consultation guidance note to inform members what happens once they submit a response to a consultation to Chamber. Click here to read more.

Wind Farm Projects - CEO, Rebecca and Board member Bill Mummery met with the Senior Infrastructure Officer at DoI to receive a full overview of the current wind farm projects the impact the Island.  We plan to host an informative workshop for members in the New Year. 

Digital Isle Panel - Our CEO joined the 'Are we nearly there yet?' panel at this week's Digital Isle Conference where we explored the importance of the destination or the journey and how the public and private sector can work together
