Tell us about your business?

Continent 8 Technologies is an award-winning, multi-jurisdictional, global network solutions provider that connects, manages and secures the world’s most valuable information.

We have data centres and strategic points of presence in over 70 connected locations spanning Europe, the Americas and Asia. Our carrier-grade network powers some of the biggest brands in iGaming, as well as companies in the finance, payment processing and public services industries.

What services do you offer?

We provide businesses with secure, reliable facilities and networks to support critical online operations across the globe. We have three core solutions: Connect, Manage and Secure.

Connect: Continent 8 has built a truly global network, spanning 70 connected locations and four continents. We offer businesses a high degree of flexibility, rapid scalability and access to a range of connectivity services including Local, Remote and Cloud.

Manage: IT is a critical and strategic component of every organisation and it requires effective management to ensure it works for the company. Our global and experienced team can look after your infrastructure, giving you the peace of mind you need to concentrate on your business.

Secure: Continent 8 employs a layered and in-depth approach to security with safeguards that encompass people, processes and technologies. Our offering includes DDoS and WAF protection, as well as a Managed Threat Prevention, Detection and Response solution.

Do you have any events coming up or current projects you can share with us?

As a global business, we are very much used to travelling to industry events and meeting our customers and partners face-to-face. Unfortunately, the pandemic has halted much of that travel, but we hope to be back on the road soon!

What are your plans and goals for the future?

We are expanding rapidly. Our network has grown to over 70 locations, and a big part of that expansion has been in the USA, where we are seeing state-by-state regulation for online gaming.

We are now live in over 20 states, with new states launching almost monthly. We have implemented a first-to-market strategy to enable our customers to capitalise on this fast-growing and rewarding market.

The cyber security landscape is constantly evolving, and businesses no matter their size are more likely than ever before to be a victim of cyber crime. In response, we have recently launched a Managed Services offering.

This is a complete end-to-end proactive threat protection solution combining advanced SIEM/MDR/EDR/SOAR/Machine Learning technologies with highly skilled 24/7 SOC resources, giving organisations unprecedented visibility and response capabilities against known and unknown threats.

We will continue to develop and enhance our Secure offering to ensure we protect our customers from the increased threat of cyber crime.
