Do you have any events coming up or current projects you can share with us?
Due to the nature of our business we are always working on multiple projects for clients. We are currently supporting a number of new businesses and SMEs covering various industries to set-up their HR infrastructure, including employment documents, HR policies and procedures, staff handbooks, performance management frameworks, and retained HR services. We are also working on a number of HR audits and employee engagement surveys for clients, and will be expanding our engagement and wellbeing services for businesses in future. We are excited to be launching our new People Management Academy in the next couple of months and have been running smaller Essential HR for Line Managers development programmes for clients recently.
What are your plans and goals for the future?
We are proud to support many of the Island’s SMEs and aim to continue partnering with them to deliver flexible, value-adding HR solutions aligned to their business needs. Our team has recently expanded and we plan to partner and work with even more of the Island’s businesses in future, launch new services, and grow the team further.
Our motto is at the heart of what we do: “Your Business, Your Performance, Our Passion.”
Where are you based and how can people contact you?
We are based in central Douglas at Ground Floor, 14-16 Nelson Street, Douglas, IM1 2AL and are happy for people to pop in to discuss their HR support needs, although we recommend an appointment is made as the team can be working at our offices or onsite at our clients’ premises.

Finally, why is Chamber membership so important to you?
Chamber has been invaluable to many businesses, particularly over the last 18 months during the recent pandemic. They work tirelessly to support members who represent all key sectors of the economy and champion business growth and success in our Island. They also deliver a wide range of networking opportunities and events to improve the Island’s business community and we are proud to be a sustaining member and to provide support wherever we can.
