On 28th June, Trudi will be giving a presentation on the theme of ‘Menopause in the workplace’, hosted by the Chamber at Eagle Lab, Victoria Street, Douglas, from 9am to 10.30am. GanlyTipper Director, Gerry Ganly, commented: “As awareness of the impact that the menopause can have on women rightly becomes more prevalent in the public generally, employers are being asked to consider the implications for employees, and how they can support those affected. We’re delighted to support Trudi’s visit, and are looking forward to the presentation at Eagle Lab which will help employers from any sector to ensure that they are following health and wellbeing best practice.”

Chamber CEO, Rebecca George, commented: “More and more of our members are interested in how they can follow best practice regarding wellbeing. In addition to being the right thing to do from a moral and ethical point of view, it also makes good business sense. That’s why we have organised our Wellbeing in the Workplace Week. It begins with Trudi Roscouet’s presentation, followed on 29th June by a workshop with BetterBe which will explain how employees’ health is linked to business performance. The following day we welcome experts from Simply Sleep to explain the health benefits of a good night’s rest. The week concludes on 1st July with Marbral Advisory presenting the business case for wellbeing at work.”
