The Manx Solidarity Fund can help | January 2021

As the Island enters another lockdown, MSF can assist individuals and local businesses that are facing further financial uncertainty

Date: Friday 15 January 2021

Since being formed in March 2020, just after the start of the first lockdown, the Manx Solidarity Fund has been supporting residents and local organisations facing financial difficulties as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

As the Island enters another lockdown, we are acutely aware that some individuals and local businesses are facing further uncertainty in respect to their finances as a result.

The Manx Solidarity Fund remains a source of potential help and information and an online application form can be found here for those people wishing to make an application. If all application documentation and information is completed and submitted in a timely and accurate manner, decisions can be made within a week or two of the application being submitted.

We would like to thank all those individuals and businesses across our community who have contributed to the Fund to date. This has enabled us to allocate £400,000 to those in need to date.
