Trudi Roscouet, a Jersey based Menopause Ambassador is travelling to the Isle of Man supported by IOM Chamber member GanlyTipper Learning Ltd.
Trudi will provide an overview of the menopause and its range of possible symptoms, highlighting the impact these can have on a woman’s wellbeing over what might potentially be, a 10-year period. Given the amount of time we spend at work, awareness and knowledge of how employers can support their staff has benefits for all.

About Trudi:
Trudi was born and raised in Jersey. Having had a successful career in Finance, her interest in her own wellbeing led her to qualify as a Personal Trainer in 2010, with a particular focus on women’s and children’s fitness and obesity. Developing her qualifications further, she became an accredited Children’s Coach and Pilates Instructor. During lockdown a personal interest in the menopause led to her to do extensive research on the subject, interacting with specialists all over the world on the impact it can have on the body and mind. Vitality40plus.com was born offering coaching and mentoring in the field.
Trudi was instrumental in creating the (Jersey) Menopause Forum with a local GP, offering guidance and support to their community. She contributes to the online magazine Menopause Matters. Trudi brings great energy to her presentations.
