(*Note for everyone’s comfort, we will be asking face to face attendees to complete a LFT test on the day ahead of their arrival. This request is becoming the norm as we progress out of the pandemic).

(**Note re Net Cost.  The Department of Education Isle of Man administer the Vocational Training Assistance Scheme (‘VTAS’). Following interaction with the Department, they have agreed in principle to receive applications for funding under VTAS given the subject matter and how it contributes towards progressing Government policy on Climate Change. Any applications will be approved on a case-by-case basis IN ADVANCE; funding is limited to Isle of Man resident firms or individuals. From experience, such funding can amount up to 30% of the cost).

PART 2 - Achieving Good Building Fabric Energy Efficiency

PART 3 - Low/Zero Carbon Technologies & Renewables

PART 4 - The Future Homes Standard (UK) - Increase to Minimum SAP Ratings (IOM)

While the workshop will apply to what is specifically happening in the Isle of Man at the current time in respect of future energy performance standards, the principles of how to achieve those standards will also apply in other locations. In that regard, it is envisaged that the workshop will be of interest to non-Isle of Man based professionals involved in the building industry.
