Investment in talent by prominent Island law firm, DQ Advocates, is continuing with the appointment of Manx advocate Kim Emery as a Senior Associate.

Working within the Douglas-based company’s Corporate and Commercial Department, Kim advises on a range of matters with a particular expertise in banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions and opinions relating to cross border property transactions.

She also has expertise in all matters relating to employment and is part of DQ’s Employment team, advising on contracts of employment, staff handbooks, dismissals, redundancies and executive level settlement agreements. Dual qualified as a HR professional and the current chair of the Isle of Man CIPD branch, she is a well-respected advisor in this area.
