Love Tech in partnership with Jo Cutsforth Training and Coaching announce the return of Techmums Digital Training Club | Oct 2022

Love Tech are excited to announce the return of Techmums Digital Training Club

Date: Wednesday 19 October 2022

Jo Cutsforth

This fantastic and FREE to attend, 6-week digital training club, is a collaboration between local charity, Love Tech and Jo Cutsforth Training and Coaching.

If you’re a local mum looking to gain confidence and familiarity with the digital skills necessary for 2022 and beyond, this training is for you. To make you feel more at home, the club is also designed to be informal and inclusive. This means no homework or tests and no need to commit to coming every week, though it is appreciated if you can.

The reason Love Tech support Techmums, is because if you’re a mum, you’ll know that mums are the force multipliers in society. This means that when you support a mum in becoming more tech-savvy, you are supporting her children, her parents and her wider community.

The 6 training sessions will be delivered by Jo herself who says her approach is all about ‘Building confidence while learning, having fun and supporting, encouraging and inspiring each other. My business tagline has always been ‘Making You and Your People Shine because training people in this way is all about making them feel good about themselves.’

Jo will be joined by Love Tech volunteers and the occasional special guest. Topics covered will include emails, the Cloud and using Google drive, online safety, social media navigation, including Linked In for business, finance management, banking apps and CVs.

Sessions will take place 7-9pm on Wednesday evenings at Barclays Eagle Labs, Victoria Street in Douglas, and the course will run from the 2nd November to the 7th December inclusive. 30 spaces are available.
