Date: Thursday 17 October 2019

Paul Cubbon Training Services was started in 2014 following Paul’s highly successful 30-year career within the Police service where he held a number of middle and senior executive management positions. As a committed exponent of both coaching and individual and team development, Paul now works closely with several qualified associates in helping businesses and managers in achieving their true potential, improving personal performance and developing effective leadership styles.

Paul has extensive coaching and mentoring experience and is a deliverer of people change projects in challenging situations within the Private, Public and Third Sectors. He is firmly committed to the development of people and has the personal maxim that “quality teams are built around quality leaders”.

He is an energetic and experienced coach, trainer and facilitator who ensures that results are achieved through people whilst maximising employee engagement through both energy and empathy.

Finding the balance between challenge and support is a further key attribute that enables Paul to fully engage with coached clients and ensure training inputs keep his audience fully participating in any initiative or challenge.

Paul is a Chartered Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Fellow of The Institute of Leadership and Management, Fellow of The Chartered Management Institute, holds a Level 7 ILM qualification in Executive Coaching and is a member of The European Mentoring and Coaching Council.

Between executive coaching assignments and provision of leadership and management training solutions, Paul is also a sessional lecturer at University College of Mann specialising in the delivery of accredited CIPD Courses.

Becoming a member of The Isle of Man Chamber of Commerce provides an excellent opportunity to meet and develop meaningful relationships with like-minded colleagues across all local business communities. The Isle of Man has a truly diverse, knowledgeable and talented wealth of business professionals across private, public and third sectors and membership of The Chamber provides the perfect opportunity to share and benefit from each other’s skills and knowledge. As a new member, I see this as the perfect opportunity to promote both awareness and the high quality of locally-based executive coaches and management training providers and equally benefit from the knowledge and skills of fellow members.
