We include an article on CIPD research showing that poor Managers impact mental health and job satisfaction within teams. The CIPD has identified 5 key behaviours that support employee health, wellbeing and engagement, and these feature in our Essential HR for Line Managers Development Programme. We’ve been asked to deliver a second open programme and it is now available to book and commences on 30 June 2023 – the dates are Friday 30 June 2023, Friday 7 July 2023, Friday 14 July 2023, Friday 21 July 2023 and Monday 24 July 2023. All sessions are from 9am to 1pm and further details are contained in our eNewsletter.
We also include articles on potential UK non-compete reforms, the proposed UK workers protection bill, and key aspects of the UK’s draft code of practice on dismissal and re-engagement. We will keep you updated on these areas in future.
