Ten year milestones honoured at DQ | Dec 2021

Three members of the team at leading Island law firm DQ Advocates have been recognised for their dedicated service.

Leanne McKeown, Rose Kinrade and Lori Feeney received long-service awards after each clocking up a decade with the Douglas-based practice.

Leanne, a Director and Head of the Dispute Resolution and Employment Services teams; Rose, an Associate in the Dispute Resolution department and Lori, a Personal Assistant in Dispute Resolution, were acknowledged for their time and service with the company at its annual meeting at the Embassy Room in Douglas.

Presenting the awards, Managing Director Mark Dougherty praised the commitment and dedication of all three employees and outlined why DQ is committed to supporting staff in achieving progression and development in their skills and chosen career path.

He said: ‘Longevity is important and the 10 years of dedicated professionalism that Leanne, Rose and Lori have each provided and what they have respectively brought to the firm during that time really matters. They are all valued employees and such a milestone should be celebrated.

‘We are hugely proud of the efforts of the team at DQ and pride ourselves on being a true family with a family atmosphere. We work with all colleagues to understand and support what they would like to achieve and how we as an employer can assist them in working towards and achieving those goals and their development both professionally and personally.
