Manx Financial Group PLC Announces New Managing Director at Edgewater Associates Limited

Sandra, who has been instrumental in steering Edgewater’s growth and success, will be stepping down from her role as Managing Director to take on a new challenge as a Non-Executive Director at Manx Care, as well as taking up the position of Director of Client Relations at Edgewater. This new role within Edgewater will ensure continuity of service and the same high standards that clients have come to expect.

Succession planning has been in place for a considerable time and under Richard’s leadership, Edgewater is set to be marked by innovation along with maintaining the company’s customer-focused approach. Richard's strategic vision and hands-on expertise, particularly in compliance, risk management, business development, and automation, positions him well to grow the business safely despite these uncertain economic times. His strategy will be to maintain the 'personal touch' in customer interactions, a hallmark of Edgewater ‘s service.
