MANX TELECOM HITS THE ROAD WITH NEW MOBILE SHOP TO MAKE LIFE EASIER FOR CUSTOMERS ACROSS THE ISLE OF MAN

Manx Telecom is proud to unveil its brand new Mobile Shop, a fully equipped roaming customer service unit designed to bring expert support, advice, and value directly to communities across the Isle of Man.
In a move that reinforces its position as the Island’s leading telecommunications provider, Manx Telecom is taking its services on the road, making life easier for customers by meeting them where they are.
Recognising that people lead busy lives, the Mobile Shop, nicknamed ‘Bluey’, provides convenient, face-to-face access to trusted telecoms services and support. Whether its helping customers with account queries, troubleshooting technical issues, or providing guidance on the Copper Switch Off, the Mobile Shop is built to go the extra mile in both service and reach.
The initiative is specifically designed to reduce barriers to service for those who may find it difficult to travel to a retail location. This includes elderly customers, people with mobility challenges, and residents in more remote parts of the Island. By bringing expert support directly into local communities, Manx Telecom is ensuring that everyone has access to the care and connectivity they need.

Staffed by Manx Telecom’s fully qualified technical specialists and customer service experts, the Mobile Shop is equipped to handle everything from simple account updates to complex business broadband enquiries. Manx Telecom is working with local parish councils to coordinate visits to village centers, community halls, and local events throughout the Island.
