Manx Telecom proudly announces its recent donation of £500 worth of PAYG vouchers to Victim Support Isle of Man, a locally rooted charity dedicated to aiding crime victims across the Isle of Man.

Victim Support is an important organisation based on the Island, that provides emotional support for victims of various offences including physical or sexual assaults, thefts, burglaries and criminal damage. They also support the families of people involved in fatal road collisions, as well as supporting witnesses through the
court process.

Gary Lamb, CEO at Manx Telecom, stated "Victim Support’s tireless efforts in providing essential services and a lifeline to those impacted by crime make a significant difference in our community. We are pleased to play a small part in supporting them.

Victim Support Isle of Man expressed appreciation for Manx Telecom's generous contribution, emphasising the value of partnerships between local businesses and charitable entities in driving impactful transformations within the community.

A representative from the charity, Lorna Trevethan, added “We are very grateful to Manx Telecom for a further contribution of PAYG vouchers to Victim Support Isle of Man. These will enable us to support our clients in the most appropriate way, whether that be providing them with credit for their phones or credit for our team’s work mobiles so that they can offer support digitally when needed.

The donation of these vouchers will allow us to use our limited financial resources in the most efficient way when providing all of our services.”
