Natalie is an Associate of the CIPD having completed the Level 5 in Learning and Development and a Member of the ILM with a Level 7 Executive and Senior Level Coaching and Mentoring qualification.
Natalie is an experienced Senior Manager who thrives on developing people, and she is passionate about providing solutions to enhance organisational culture. She has extensive experience in managing learning and development operations, evaluating learning needs, and designing and delivering management, leadership, mental health, and soft skills programmes.
Natalie will be instrumental in helping to shape SmartHR’s future people and culture development strategy and framework, designing and delivering a range of leadership, management development, and other people development solutions.
