Paragon Recruitment has announced the successful completion of its management buyout and merger

The newly formed MBO Board comprises Lucie Dolman, Dean Helm and Sharlotte Bird - each highly regarded and respected leaders within the HR and recruitment sector.
Dean and Lucie have worked in Senior roles at Paragon for over 15 years, integral in building the business up to be the supplier of choice for Companies across the island. Both committed to the Paragon brand and their clients; they seized the opportunity to take over the business.
As part of the buyout, Sharlotte will integrate her renowned InterlinkHR business, operating across the Isle of Man and UK, into Paragon Recruitment. This strengthens Paragon’s strategic capability and further enhances the people solutions and support it can deliver to its valued clients, partners and candidates.
