We are calling on all members to take part in the Labour Market Information (LMI) survey to help shape the future of skills and workforce planning on the Isle of Man.

As part of Chamber’s role within the Skills Board, this survey is the first step in building a clear picture of the skills needed across all sectors. Without your insights, the Skills Board cannot accurately assess workforce needs or drive meaningful change.

This is just the start. LMI will continue to be gathered on a quarterly basis to help us track trends, assess workforce changes, and build a long-term picture of the Island’s future skills needs.

We need as many businesses as possible to contribute, so please take 5 minutes to complete the survey and share it within your network.

The results of this survey will be discussed at our first ERG Industry Roundtable on Tuesday 18th March and submitted to the Skills Board for further analysis. These insights will directly shape national decision-making.
