Stephan spent more than a decade in Swiss banking and consulting before moving into entrepreneurship and investment. He is a Certified Private Banker and holds qualifications in IT, alongside an MBA and EMBA.

He is Co-Founder of the MetaMorph AI Film Awards and Co-Founder of 34Moves, an Isle of Man-based wellbeing initiative created with his wife, Ruby Griffiths.

Since making the Isle of Man his home, Stephan has become increasingly involved in the Island’s community. As incoming Lead of the Charity Forum of the Isle of Man Chamber of Commerce, he is keen to strengthen the connection between charities and businesses, encourage collaboration, and help create lasting positive impact across the Island.
