Charity & Business Partnership Breakfast 2024 | Sponsored by Lloyds Bank | October 2024

25 October 2024 09:00 AM

The Best Western Palace Hotel

We are delighted to announce that tickets for our 4th Business & Charity partnership event are now available.

Each year this event brings together a diverse range of our charity members along with members of the wider business community. This event offers a fantastic opportunity for our charities to showcase who they are and what they do and in turn businesses can explore ESG opportunities and possible future collaboration.

This is also a great opportunity to gain ideas on choosing your charity of choice for future years.

This year, we are proud to have the support of our Gold tier member, Lloyds Bank International, who have not only sponsored the event but are also kindly hosting our esteemed Key note speaker, Robbie Davison.

Robbie has dedicated over 30 years to addressing poverty in the UK, leading numerous charities and regeneration programs. His efforts have raised millions of pounds to safeguard people's health and wellbeing. Eighteen years ago, he founded Can Cook, a charity that has since provided over 3 million fresh meals and taught 20,000 people to cook and appreciate good food. Can Cook also boasts a successful commercial arm.

In his upcoming talk, Robbie will focus on two key passions:

  1. The transformative power of good food for communities, regions, islands, and countries.
  2. The potential of collaboration between charities, social businesses, and commercial enterprises to combat poverty and enhance wellbeing.

Due to the generous sponsorship from Lloyds Bank, Breakfast is included in ticket price.
