Claire is a Fellow of the Society of Chartered Accountants, England and Wales, and having originally worked in local accounts practices, she soon moved into the field of insolvency and restructuring.

Caren has been involved with Chamber for over 15 years having previously been Chair of the Employment and Skills Committee

Lee is Group Financial Controller and Executive Director at Hansard Global plc, a listed life insurer. A Fellow of the ICAEW, Lee has over 25 years’ experience in the financial services sector, delivering a number of large finance change projects and leading teams to deliver end to end finance activities. In his spare time Lee is a keen runner and Treasurer of the IOM Veteran Athletes Club.

Bill is a Director of Celton Manx Limited and Celton Manx Marketing Limited. He is also a Director of the Manx Utilities Authority, having been appointed by Government in 2011. The IOM Government appointed him Chairman of their National Broadcast Operations in 2016. He also serves on the Government’s Public Service Commission. In his spare time, he chairs a charity dealing with homelessness and is a Director of the Isle of Man Chamber of Commerce

Deb returned to the Island in 1999 after working in London for 13 years. She is an experienced IOD-certified Director with a long history of working for a highly regulated global PLC holding an FSA regulated position. Deb chaired the Digital Forum for 16 years and joined the Board in 2020. Deb is on Board of IOM Digital Agency, is an IoD Ambassador and Co founder of Love Tech.

Nick is Group Engineering Director for Strix Ltd having joined them in 1992 and directs the Global Water Filtration Engineering teams. Nick is also responsible for the manufacturing facility at Ramsey in Isle of Man, having worked in both Operations and Engineering leadership positions during his time at Strix. Nick holds a BEng (Hons) Manufacturing Systems and Management from Brunel University and an MSc from Manchester University.

Having spent 4.5 years working for the IOM Department for Enterprise promoting the Isle of Man as the place for financial services businesses he is currently both Managing Director of a Finance Business and Managing Director of a fledging Financial Technology business.

Jeff has been the CTO and a fundamental part of CND’s success, since 2007. Having always been interested in IT, Jeff joined the RAF after leaving school, and during his military career continued to develop his IT skills before moving into Cyber Security 25 years ago. With a passion for cyber, self-motivation and management skills, Jeff has worked with many notable companies such as Cisco, DXC, IBM and large government and military entities.

John has gained extensive experience in a variety of industries before establishing Island Escapes Ltd in 2018. Growing up in a tourism family, he is extremely passionate about the visitor economy and its benefits to our island community. John is a Director of Island Escapes Ltd, Homestay IOM Ltd and an agency board member of Visit Isle of Man.

Ralph Peake is Chair of the Isle of Man Business Sustainability Group, within the Isle of Man Chamber of Commerce. Former Member of the House of Keys from 2015-2021, he has been closely involved in Government action on climate change. This led to a historic bill committing the Isle of Man to net zero carbon emissions by 2050. Prior to that he ran his own business for 25 years, specialising in energy efficient lighting and controls systems.

Damien, born and raised on the Island, served as a British Army Officer before transitioning to senior roles in retail and tech, including leadership positions at Aldi, Sainsbury’s, and Whole Foods Market/Amazon. His experience spans the UK, US, Canada, and the Middle East. A Chartered Manager and IoD Member, Damien aims to leverage his global expertise to foster innovation and sustainable growth on the Island through his work with the Chamber.

Gary has over 30 years of experience in the construction sector and has previously held the position of chair of the IOM Construction Forum where he is currently Treasurer.

Chris is Head of Business Development at MBS, a local IT services business with 300 corporate clients worldwide. He is also a Director of Manx Housing Trust, a local charity providing affordable housing. Chris was formerly the CEO of the IOM Government Departments of Trade & Industry, Social Care and Economic Development. Prior to that he was a management consultant with 4 leading global firms.
