LifeScape- ‘POD’

Arrival 8:30/ 8.45 am – Peel Marina boat park

‘POD’ stands for Play, Others & Downtime- light-hearted nod comprising simple exercises/ games which require a degree of audience participation, after an introduction to LifeScape and our theme for the day, ‘POD’. Event will finish with a Relaxing Guided Meditation ( around ½ hour, with more coffee available before you drive home.)

£50 per person, limited to only 6 spaces

Price to include: smoothies or juice on arrival + coffee /cake

10% of ticket price to Charity ( MWDW).
