Bridging the Skills Gap – Employers, We Need Your Voice

The Isle of Man Chamber of Commerce is encouraging employers from across all sectors and business sizes to take part in the upcoming Bridging the Skills Gap event.

Skills shortages and recruitment challenges can have a significant impact on businesses and the wider Manx economy. This event is an opportunity for employers to come together, share their experiences and help build a clearer picture of the skills that businesses need now and in the future.

It is important that ALL employers engage in the conversation. Whether you are a small local business or a larger organisation, your experiences and views matter and will help ensure the challenges facing the Island’s workforce are properly understood.
