SMART HR VICTORIA CREASEY APPOINTMENT

We are delighted to announce that Victoria Creasey has joined the team at Smart HR Solutions Limited (‘SmartHR’) as an HR Consultant.
Victoria has 10 years’ generalist HR / people management experience, including working in the egaming and e-sports industries. She has experience of setting up HR functions and providing day-today operational people management support including recruitment and selection, immigration procedures, onboarding, HR policies and procedures, performance management, absence management, payroll, and benefits.
Commenting on her appointment Victoria said “I am excited to be starting with SmartHR and applying my experience and skills towards new challenges. I look forward to establishing and developing new business relationships along this new and exciting journey.”
Victoria is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and is currently finalising her Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management qualification. She also has a BA (Hons) degree in Criminal Justice.
Victoria enjoys building a strong rapport within all levels of an organisation, problem-solving, and delivering value-adding people management solutions to support attracting, engaging, developing, and retaining staff.
